Stir Fried Vegetable Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet  noodles
  • ½ cup sliced coloured capsicums (green,  yellow, red)
  • ½ sliced carrots
  • ½ cup sliced baby corn
  • 50gm paneer
  • ½ cup beans sprouts
  • ½ cup sliced onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp tomato sauce
  • ¼ tsp soya sauce
  • ½ tsp green chilli sauce
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste

 Method of preparation:

  • Boil the noodle in water for 5-8 min or till they are half done.
  • Drain the water and pour cold water on the noodles and then spread little oil over it.
  • Heat oil in wok, add sliced onions cook for 5 mins.
  • Now add slices carrots, paneer, bean sprouts and baby corn n sauté on high flame for 5 mins.
  • Add salt and cook for 1 min more
  • Now add noodles and all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Cook for 1-2 min
  • Served immediately
