Protein power smoothie  

Ingredients :
  • ½ cup low-fat milk
  • 2tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 2tbsp peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 sliced banana, frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) low-fat vanilla yogurt/ plain curd
Method of preparation:
  • Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend them until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Serve fresh
