Creamy date smoothie

  • 1/3 cup halved or pitted dates
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
Method of preparation:
  • Blend the dates, banana and milk for a minute.
  • Add crushed ice and blend for another 30 seconds.
  • Serve fresh.
