Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup halved or pitted dates
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Method of preparation:
- Blend the dates, banana and milk for a minute.
- Add crushed ice and blend for another 30 seconds.
- Serve fresh.
