Ingredients :
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 2tbsp chocolate syrup
- 2tbsp peanut butter (creamy)
- 1 sliced banana, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup (8 ounces) low-fat vanilla yogurt/ plain curd
Method of preparation:
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend them until you get a smooth mixture.
- Serve fresh
