Ingredients:
- 1 packet noodles
- ½ cup sliced coloured capsicums (green, yellow, red)
- ½ sliced carrots
- ½ cup sliced baby corn
- 50gm paneer
- ½ cup beans sprouts
- ½ cup sliced onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- ¼ tsp soya sauce
- ½ tsp green chilli sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- Boil the noodle in water for 5-8 min or till they are half done.
- Drain the water and pour cold water on the noodles and then spread little oil over it.
- Heat oil in wok, add sliced onions cook for 5 mins.
- Now add slices carrots, paneer, bean sprouts and baby corn n sauté on high flame for 5 mins.
- Add salt and cook for 1 min more
- Now add noodles and all other ingredients and mix well.
- Cook for 1-2 min
- Served immediately
