Vegetable fried rice

Ingredients:
  • 1 bowl steamed rice
  • 50gm paneer
  • ½ cup finely chopped carrots
  • ½ cup finely chopped onions
  • ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
  • ½ cup finely chopped beans
  • 1tbsp tomato sauce
  • ¼ tsp red chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ tsp oil
Method for preparation
  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Add onions and sauté for 5 mins
  • Add carrot, cabbage and beans and sauté for 5 mins
  • Add paneer and rice and mix well
  • Add all the sauces, pepper and salt
  • Cook for 5 mins and serve hot.
