Ingredients:
- 1 bowl steamed rice
- 50gm paneer
- ½ cup finely chopped carrots
- ½ cup finely chopped onions
- ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
- ½ cup finely chopped beans
- 1tbsp tomato sauce
- ¼ tsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- ¼ tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 ½ tsp oil
Method for preparation
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add onions and sauté for 5 mins
- Add carrot, cabbage and beans and sauté for 5 mins
- Add paneer and rice and mix well
- Add all the sauces, pepper and salt
- Cook for 5 mins and serve hot.
